De allereerste Verhalenavond die buiten Nederland werd gehouden, vond plaats in de City of Vincent Library als onderdeel van Verhalenavond in de provincie Friesland in Nederland. Dit evenement viel samen met de opening van de Nederlandse boekensectie in deze bibliotheek, als onderdeel van de Mies Dutch Library.
The first ever Storynight held outside of Netherlands in the City of Vincent Library as part of the story night annually held in the provice of Frieskand in the Netherlands. This event also coincided with the opening of the Dutch book section in this Library as part of the Mies Dutch library.
